A building cooperative is not a traditional housing company, but a community. Our members are not only entitled users, but also co-creators. We build, finance and manage apartments without the intention of making a profit - surpluses flow largely directly back into our buildings and neighborhoods. This ensures stable, fair rents and long-term security.
