For generations, we have accompanied our members through all phases of life with the aim of supporting them, primarily by providing good, secure and socially responsible housing.
With your membership of BBG, you benefit from numerous services and advantages. You can find an overview of these under "Your benefits at a glance".
You can also benefit from attractive funding opportunities: Payments on your shares are eligible for a premium, provided the requirements of the German Housing Premium Act are met.

We look forward to welcoming you as a future member of our cooperative. So that we can prepare everything for your membership, we need the following documents:
a copy of your identity card (for minors, birth certificate and legitimation of the legal guardian)
Your personal tax ID
the membership documents signed by you, available in the download center
By paying 550 euros, you subscribe to a share in our cooperative, which you retain until the end of your membership. In addition, a one-off entry fee of 10 euros is payable. There are no further fees for the administration of your share.
Membership can only be opened after submission of all documents and receipt of payment. You can send us the documents by post or submit them in person at our administration office.
