Starting in September 2024, the residential complex will be brought up to date as part of an energetic modernization. The goal is to increase living comfort, reduce heating costs, and at the same time preserve the charm of the old building. The historical details, such as the artistic wooden railings or the ornamental front doors, will be preserved and carefully restored. At the same time, state-of-the-art insulation techniques, new windows, and a photovoltaic system will ensure greater energy efficiency and a better indoor climate.
