Modern Apartments in nature-friendly location
We are pleased to soon offer you new, contemporary apartments in the Schuntersiedlung. From mid-2025, the new buildings at Bassestraße 10 and Gmeinerstraße 7 and 13/14 will be ready for occupancy. By the end of 2025, additional quiet, nature-friendly apartments will follow at Gmeinerstraße 15/16. We expect to complete our new construction projects at Bassestraße 4 and 5 and Theisenstraße 22/23 by 2026.
Modern Living New Buildings with Nature-Friendly Flair
For us, it is important to preserve the tranquil character of the settlement. Therefore, the new multi-family houses will have a maximum of three stories – two full stories and an attic. We offer you a variety of apartment types: 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-room apartments, maisonettes, and semi-detached houses that meet all needs.
