We look forward to offering you new, modern apartments in the Schuntersiedlung soon. Starting in mid-2025, the new buildings at Bassestraße 10 and at Gmeinerstraße 7 and 13/14 will be ready for occupancy. By the end of 2025, additional apartments in a quiet, nature-rich setting will follow at Gmeinerstraße 15/16. We expect to complete our new construction projects at Bassestraße 4 and 5 and at Theisenstraße 22/23 in 2026:

Modern Living New buildings with a natural feel
It is important to us to preserve the tranquil character of the neighborhood. That is why the new multi-family buildings are being constructed with a maximum of three stories—two full stories and an attic with a gabled roof. We offer a wide variety of apartment types: 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-room apartments, duplexes, and semi-detached homes to suit every need.
