What do a housing cooperative, a bank, and a roofing company have in common? Quite a lot—especially when it comes to training and the cooperative ideal.
Together with PSD Bank Braunschweig eG and Dachdecker1Kauf eG, we have therefore launched a special video project. The idea behind it: to show just how diverse apprenticeships in cooperatives can be and, above all, to let those who know best have their say—our apprentices themselves.
From the initial concept to the finished film, our trainees were actively involved and provided insights into their diverse training environments. The project was supported and executed in collaboration with the team at carisma Media, who used the ideas, impressions, and footage to create a unified film.
The result showcases three very different companies and career fields—and at the same time, what unites them: community, responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape the future even while still in training.
Or, as our trainees themselves put it at the end of the video: One for all, all for one: three paths, one goal, one “we.”
