This weekend, Braunschweig is all about indulgence:

From January 30 to February 1, 2026, the Millenium Event Center (MEC) will once again be transformed into the largest indoor street food festival in northern Germany. You can expect a culinary journey around the world with creative food trucks, sweet specialties and international street food highlights.

Tasting is expressly encouraged!

All dishes are offered in smaller portions at a maximum price of 7 euros. So you can try your way through the variety of stalls. The street food offer is accompanied by relaxed music, a kids' area for families and a beer tour around the world, which rounds off the event.

Opening hours: Friday from 4 pm, Saturday & Sunday from 12 pm.
